This course will give marketers everything they need to know to use mobile to engage audiences and generate results for their businesses and clients. A world-class qualification course in mobile marketing

Michael Becker, a recognized expert in the world of mobile marketing, will lead the class. It will consist of lectures, case study reviews, pop quizzes, individual and group exercises, and a review of key platforms. Some of the insights participants will receive from this deep immersion into mobile marketing include:

  • A foundational understanding of mobile marketing terms, concepts, and applications
  • An understanding of consumer behavior in how it applies to mobile
  • Recognizing opportunities to deploy mobile marketing strategies
  • Using data to plan, measure, and monitor mobile marketing campaigns to calculate ROI
  • Knowledge of the laws and regulations surrounding mobile that marketers must consider
  • Understanding how to identify partners and resources based on industry infrastructure

The class will be held September 24-25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at Think Big Coworking, 1712 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64108. Both days will be broken up with two 15-to-30-minute breaks, one 10-minute break, an hour-long networking lunch, and a cocktail reception to close out the day.

At the end of the course, you will be prepared to sit for The IDM assessment to earn your credential. This online assessment will take three hours to complete, and can be taken up to a month after the end of the course. As soon as you finish and pass the assessment, you will have the right to add the designation to your signature and to use its logo on your website and related materials.
