FINDit App lets customers “see” new places to eat, drink, shop, play

Finding “Hotspots” in Kansas City

FINDit, a digital media company centered around video, helps people in the Kansas City metro area find a destination they like. They can first watch it on video to see if they like it—then go out and try it. They’ve accumulated a following of hundreds of thousands of followers on social media, but were ready to move to a social platform.

Consumers Earn Points + Freebies

Partnering with Moblico, they developed a fun, interactive app called the FINDit App. Customers can use the app to find videos on hundreds of new places to eat, drink, shop, play, and live throughout the Kansas City area. It also allows them to earn points, unlock freebies, and win deals at each location by checking in, sharing, and scanning QR codes.

Merchants Text Deals + Offers

Moblico designed the FINDit App with texting capabilities, so these customers will be the first to know when a merchant is running a deal—or has exciting news. Users can “opt-in” to this special info by texting keywords to the app, such as 810Zone or TheRub or ElementFitness. Once they’ve opted in, merchants can then text them special offers.

Retaining Customers with Rewards

The best part about FINDit App? The ability to earn points keeps customers coming back over and over, and sharing their location with friends. They feel rewarded for using it, and are motivated for repeat business. It’s a great way to secure and retain customers through texting and rewards, and is readily available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
