London-based Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share on May 6 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 22.
This year will mark the 46th consecutive year Pentair has increased its dividend, the company said.
Earlier this month, Pentair announced its 2021 year-end and fourth quarter earnings. The company reported 4Q sales of $989 million and full-year 2021 sales of $3.76 billion.
