Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN), Seattle, Washington, on Friday announced plans to build an Amazon fulfillment center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The 640,000-square-foot facility is expected to open in 2022 and create more than 1,000 full-time jobs.

We appreciate the strong support from local and state leaders throughout the process, and we look forward to supporting the South Dakota community with great delivery options.”
