Brady IFS — a foodservice, janitorial and sanitation distributor with headquarters in Houston, Texas, and Bell, California – acquired Janitor’s Warehouse, Inc.
Janitor’s Warehouse distributes janitorial and packaging products from locations in Houston and Austin, Texas.
Rob Weschler was named the company’s president in 1994.
“Rob and his team are a wonderful addition to BradyIFS,” said Kenneth D. Sweder, CEO and chairman of the board of IFS. “Their commitment to growth, customer service and community aligns well with BradyIFS, and will provide additional opportunities to accelerate our growth in the Texas market.”
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
