Recently merged janitorial supply, equipment and foodservice distributors Brady Industries, Las Vegas, and Individual Foodservice, Bell, California, this week announced the acquisition of Elkins Wholesale, which operates two branches in Mississippi. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Since 1998, Elkins has serviced customers from Columbus, Mississippi, to the Gulf Coast.
“We are delighted to work with Brady and IFS, who share the same values as Elkins in its commitment to its customers, suppliers, and employees,” said Andy Elkins, who will continue to lead and operate the Laurel and Pearl, Mississippi, distribution facilities in his new position as regional manager.
“The Elkins team has done a tremendous job building strong customer relationships in Mississippi,” said Travis Brady, president of Brady. “We are excited to expand our presence in the region and provide even more opportunities to our partners.”
