Sonepar USA, a Charleston, South Carolina-based subsidiary of Sonepar Group, announced Thursday that Drew Esce has been named president of Capital Electric, Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Esce, pictured right, joined Sonepar USA as a part of the City Electric acquisition in 2018. He has served as the vice president for New York and Eastern Pennsylvania for the last two years. Esce joined City Electric in 2006, holding a variety of positions until 2015 when he took on the role of president. He serves on multiple committees and councils for both NAED and AD.
“Drew’s experience at City Electric and as a part of Sonepar USA make him well-suited to lead Capital’s continued growth,” said Alan Rosenfeld, Sonepar USA East Region president. “We’re excited to welcome Drew to the Capital Electric team.”
