McKinney, Texas-based Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. announced last week it had acquired Pool Contractors Supply, a Memphis-based wholesale distributor of pool and spa products.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Heritage will add four locations to its platform as the company expands into the Mid-South region.
“Following our recent entrance into the Arkansas market, we are thrilled to expand again in the Mid-South region, adding four additional locations and three new states (Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana) to our rapidly growing network,” Heritage President Matt McDermott said.
Heritage currently operates three distinct local brands spanning 19 locations across 11 states.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of SRS Distribution Inc., which ranks No. 6 on MDM’s Top Distributors list for building materials and construction distributors with $3.8 billion in 2020 revenue.
