Imperial Dade, Jersey City, New Jersey, a national distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies, has acquired American Paper & Plastics, City of Industry, California, a distributor of foodservice and janitorial products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition strengthens Imperial Dade’s California presence while enhancing the company’s differentiated value proposition to customers in the region.
