BradyIFS — the company that composes recently merged janitorial supply, equipment and foodservice distributors Brady Industries, Las Vegas, and Individual Foodservice, Bell, California — on Friday announced the acquisition of Fishman Supply Co., Petaluma, California, and Armstrong Paper Group, Santa Rosa, California. Financial terms of the deals weren’t disclosed.
Fishman and Armstrong are distributors of foodservice disposables, JanSan and facility supplies in Northern California.
BradyIFS said the two acquisitions “further expand [their] customer base and distribution reach in the Northern California marketplace and will provide Fishman’s and Armstrong’s customers access to BradyIFS’ comprehensive product and service portfolio, including: laundry, warewash, cleaning supplies, equipment service and repair, foodservice disposables, packaging, canned and dry goods, and digital and supply chain solutions.”
“I am pleased to welcome Steve Armstrong, Lee, Andrew, and Michael Fishman, and the outstanding teams at Fishman and Armstrong to BradyIFS,” said Kenneth Sweder, CEO and Chairman and of the Board of BradyIFS. “Both companies align extremely well with our strategy to strengthen our presence and reach across Northern California. We are excited and proud to partner with such great companies, leaders and associates.”
In a combined statement, Lee Fishman, owner and president of Fishman, and Steve Armstrong, owner and president of Armstrong, said: “We are delighted to join forces with BradyIFS as they share our passion for, and commitment to, the customers, suppliers, employees and communities we serve. Together, we will continue to invest in growth, operations, and people, all with the goal of enabling us to better serve our customers.”
