On April 4thPlumbing & Heating Wholesale Inc., Sioux Center, Iowa, hosted its 2019 Amana Dealer meeting in Sioux Falls, SD. Amana dealers from three states were in attendance for this event, which focused in on a dissection of dealers’ HVAC businesses, to create a roadmap for a higher quality of life.
This Business Planning Boot Camp created by Goodman Manufacturing and HVAC Contractor Solutions walks dealers through a detailed review of their company’s capabilities, financial positions, and markets they serve. The team dug into the day to day operation of their company to establish specific key performance indicators (KPI’s) for their business. In round table discussions with their peers they discussed the impact these Key Performance Indicators have on their daily operations, address current challenges, and examine how to adjust small processes and behaviors that can have a huge impact on their overall profitability.
