Rexel USA, Inc. (RXL:PA), an international multichannel distributor, has finalized its acquisition of Winkle Electric Company, a Rockwell Automation distributor with branch locations in Youngstown, Ohio and Erie, Pennsylvania.
Rexel says the deal will expand its presence as a leading authorized Rockwell Automation distributor and “strengthens its distribution network” in eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and western New York.
