Dayton, Ohio-based distributor Winsupply Inc. acquired both locations of H2O Supply, a wholesale distributor operating in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas.
Financial terms were not announced.
Both locations will continue to do business as H2O Supply.

Our intention is to expand our footprint deeper into the south, while continuing to offer amazing services” said Greg Holbrock, vice president of M&A due diligence and financial integration.
In October, Winsupply acquired HESCO Supply, an Atlanta-based electrical and utility business located that serves North Georgia and the Southeast.
